EVERY THOUGHT OR IDEA CAUSES A PHYSICAL REACTION
Your thoughts can affect all the functions of your body. WORRY can cause changes in your body which can cause ulcers. ANGER can increase
the adrenalin in the blood stream to cause many body changes like increased blood pressure. ANXIETY and FEAR affect your pulse rate.
WHAT IS EXPECTED TENDS TO BE REALIZED
Mental images, either real or imagined become the blueprint in our subconscious mind. For example, worry and anxiety is a form of programming
a picture of what we don’t want, but the subconscious mind acts to fulfill the pictured situation automatically. THE THINGS I HAVE FEARED HAVE COME
UPON ME.
POSITIVE MENTAL EXPECTANCY
If you have a strong belief that you deserve to be successful, you will. WE BECOME WHAT WE THINK ABOUT. Those that expect to remain
sick, or helpless find the expected condition occurs. Hypnosis becomes the tool to remove negative attitudes. A positive expectation of health, strength
and well being then tends to be realized.
IMAGINATION IS MORE POWERFUL THAN KNOWLEDGE WHEN DEALING WITH YOUR OWN MIND.
Example: Behavior based on jealousy is almost always caused by an overactive imagination not reason. In using hypnosis we can form images
in the subconscious mind which can remove or change the old ideas.
ONCE AN IDEA HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, IT REMAINS UNTIL IT IS REPLACED BY ANOTHER IDEA. THE LONGER THE IDEA REMAINS, THE HARDER
IT IS TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW IDEA.
The habit of thinking and habit of action is permanent until it is replaced with a different thought or action through acceptance of
suggestion to the subconscious mind. If you want to change your actions or habits you must change your fixed thoughts or ideas through
