There are many techniques in doing hypnosis. There is no wrong technique but to effect
total permanent change, regressive hypnosis is necessary to access the why of habits and to deal with and release the old
negative non-productive, imprints, impressions, beliefs and those non-useful habits that are keeping one from reaching their
fullest potential in life and reaching their goals.
As our long-term memory, habits, and emotions are in the subconscious mind it stands to reason that that is where we need
to go to release the “old programming”, so to speak, then putting direct suggestion for life improvements, and
habit elimination, to the subconscious. Progressively, day-by-day, week-by-week, the subconscious gets it to the conscious
mind to affect the permanent paradigm shift in thought and behavior.
Hypnosis by definition is “a deep state of relaxation (similar to daydreaming), where one allows the subconscious
mind to accept proper suggestion for life changes and habit changes, and to release those old negative, non-productive beliefs
and impressions, emerging from this safe comfortable state feeling energized, refreshed, lighter and freer.
The individual allows himself or herself to go back to an earlier time in their life when they may have experienced either
physical or emotional trauma. We then continue working with the subconscious mind to allow them to release (clear) those problems
and let them go, often through forgiveness for others and for themselves. This allows the client to let go of the negative
energy of that old programming, leaving room for more positive energy in life without the old emotional baggage holding them
back.
